I am a former employee of Pace University in New York City. I was forced to resign my position rather than put up with homosexual advances from another Pace employee, Robert Rideout.

Rideout was not my supervisor but he constantly called for closed door meetings in his office in the Administrative Computer Center. During these meetings he repeatedly made homosexual advances towards me and on several ocassions he touched me in inappropriate places.

I reported his sexual advances to Ms. Evelyn Santana, a manager in the Human Resources department. She assured me the problem would be taken care of. Two weeks went by and Robert Rideout continued his homosexual advances.

Robert Rideout was protected from termination by his boss, a University Vice-President. Why? One can only guess. Perhaps he was a little to friendly with his boss?

In any event, I am angry! At first I was embarassed and when I resigned I did not give the real reason for my resignation. Now I am angry and have filed a lawsuit in Federal court against Pace University. A seperate lawsuit will be filed against Robert Rideout. I am also investigating criminal charges against Robert Rideout. Read about the basis of my lawsuit here.
